Scope of Services

a. Bright Busters agrees to provide cleaning services as agreed upon with the customer. The specific services, including frequency, duration, and any additional instructions, will be outlined in the service agreement or communicated prior to each cleaning appointment.

b. Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services must be communicated to Bright Busters 24hrs in advance. Additional charges may apply for any extra services requested.

 

Pricing and Payments

a. The pricing for our cleaning services will be communicated to the customer prior to scheduling the appointment. The agreed-upon price will depend on factors such as the size of the property, type of cleaning service, and any additional requirements.

b. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

c. If payment is not received in a timely manner, Bright Busters reserves the right to suspend or cancel future cleaning services until the outstanding balance is settled.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require at least 2 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

b. Bright Busters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule the appointment at a convenient time.

 

Customer Responsibilities

a. The customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their property and cleaning requirements. This includes disclosing any special cleaning instructions, hazards, or specific areas to be addressed during the cleaning appointment.

b. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If our team is unable to access the property as planned, resulting in a missed appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

c. The customer is responsible for securing any valuables, sensitive information, or fragile items. Bright Busters will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of such items.

 

Liability and Insurance

a. Bright Busters maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage. However, we cannot be held liable for damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control or that are not directly caused by our negligence.

b. In the event of accidental damage or breakage during the cleaning process, Bright Busters will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation. Please report any damage or breakage within 2 hours of the cleaning appointment.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Any outstanding fees or charges shall be settled prior to termination.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts . Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of the state of Massachusetts.

 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bright Busters and the customer regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
